Note / Capability Compression

Execution Got Cheaper. Judgment Did Not.

The first LeveragedMindHQ dispatch on why AI-native execution raises the value of specification, verification, and human accountability.

The question is no longer whether AI can build it. It can.

The question is who owns it when it breaks.

A single operator can now sketch a product, generate code, stand up infrastructure, write launch copy, and produce a visible proof object faster than a traditional team could schedule the kickoff meeting. That is real leverage. It is also where the trap begins.

The cost of demonstrating capability has collapsed faster than the cost of operating it. A prototype can be impressive and still be unsafe, brittle, unsupported, or strategically pointless.

That is the territory of this site: the judgment layer after execution gets cheap.
