Biography
I help large organisations make consequential decisions about cloud, data, AI, resilience, and operating models. Over the years, I have seen how enterprises evaluate technology, organise teams, distribute accountability, and spend millions attempting to create capabilities that take years to become useful.
Outside of my enterprise consulting work, I actively build software, infrastructure, and AI-assisted workflows. LeveragedMindHQ is where I synthesise the lessons from both worlds—combining enterprise operating-model judgment with hands-on AI and software execution.
